• Spotshot for Business Photos: If you are a customer of a business using Spotshot for Business, the business may share your personal information with us to facilitate the photography services.

Onspot and Spotshot for Business are the two main business verticals inside Spotshot Private limited. Onspot is aimed primarily at tourists and tourism sites whereas Spotshot for Business focuses on micro-events at business locations e.g: Birthdays, anniversaries etc.

Spotshot's only use of Processor Data is to store it and make it available to photographers as part of the Services provided.
